Step-by-step

  1. Find possible opening sentence.
  2. Pair obvious linked lines (definition -> example, question -> answer).
  3. Place contrast/continuation lines using connectors.
  4. Verify full paragraph sounds natural.

Typical trap

Choosing a line with pronoun (this, they) as the first sentence. If reference is missing, that line cannot open the paragraph.

Take one textbook paragraph and split it into separate lines. Shuffle and reorder it. This is the same mental skill needed for para-jumbles.
