2. Educational use only

The Platform provides practice material and information for NDA aspirants. It is not affiliated with UPSC, NDA, or the Armed Forces. Content does not guarantee selection or exam results.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, share paid access, or attempt to circumvent payment or security controls.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans unlock premium features for the stated duration. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Access begins after successful payment confirmation. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute Platform content
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or other accounts
• Do not upload malware or abusive content

6. Intellectual property

Software, question banks, analytics, and branding remain property of Lakshya NDA or its licensors. Limited personal study use is granted; commercial reuse requires written permission.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Lakshya NDA is not liable for exam outcomes, career decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform. Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or outages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
