1. Digital subscriptions

Lakshya NDA Pro plans are digital services that unlock premium features immediately after successful payment. Because access is granted at once, refunds are limited as described below.

2. Eligible refunds

• Duplicate charge for the same plan due to a technical error
• Payment captured but Pro access not activated within a reasonable time after verification (we will try to activate first)
• Unauthorized payment reported promptly with supporting evidence

3. Non-refundable cases

• Change of mind after Pro features have been used
• Partial unused period of an active plan
• Failure to meet personal study goals or exam outcomes
• Account suspension for Terms of Use violations

4. How to request

Email support@lakshyanda.com within 7 days of the payment with your registered email, Razorpay payment ID, and a short description. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on the bank/payment partner.
